You agree to accurately represent your fitness level, disclose relevant health information when requested, follow safety guidelines provided by facilitators, respect other participants and natural environments, and take personal responsibility for your wellbeing during all activities. You must immediately inform facilitators of any injuries, discomfort, or concerns that arise during participation.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that outdoor activities, walking, hiking, exploration, and physical movement carry inherent risks including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, uneven terrain, encounters with wildlife, equipment failure, physical injury, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in FreeMove Life activities.

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety and provide appropriate guidance, we cannot eliminate all risks. You agree to participate at your own risk and release FreeMove Life, its facilitators, partners, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
